Justyna Pyra, MSc Arch. ETH
Ms Pyra is a seasoned real estate investment specialist, whose career bridges the worlds of private equity in London and institutional mandates in Switzerland. Her expertise lies in underwriting and managing complex, often transitional, assets with a clear emphasis on cost discipline, risk control and operational rigour.
With a track record spanning commercial and residential property, as well as infrastructure, she has led portfolios and managed assets across Switzerland, Germany, France, and the Netherlands, guiding projects from initial investment to full realisation.
Comfortable in high-stakes, multicultural settings, she is adept at navigating competing interests, aligning stakeholders and delivering progress. Her approach is grounded, methodical and firmly results-driven.
